Clinical Supervision

Are you looking for meaningful supervision that will help you grow as a clinician and on your personal path?

Whether you're an intern seeking placement, an RP qualifying, or a seasoned RP or MSW seeking support and connection, we're here. Both Erin and Jody offer clinical supervision to therapists at all stages of the journey and have for years.

Erin's Approach

Erin first focuses on the art of Being  - this is what we can all offer as clinicians and humans even when we don't have a CV full of training, experience, and doing (or when we do, and just need to connect back in with the core of the relational work).

After 14 years of specializing in complex trauma, she focuses on accelerated mindful-experiential methods such as IFS/Parts, Somatics, EMDR, befriending the subconscious, and what the relationship actually looks like in therapy through deliberate attachment-based practices.

The supervision will bring the relationship alive between therapist and supervisor, and through attunement and empathic transfer will also bring the transference and counter-transference of the therapist-client relationship to the supervision space. This allows for a much deeper awareness on the part of the supervisee of the 'mine', 'theirs' and 'ours' of the therapeutic process, and for transformational work to occur in a shorter time than you may have believed possible.

Another of Erin's focuses is the business of therapy as she's passionate about empowered entrepreneurship. Erin's also an advocate for unravelling the institutionalized disempowerment of the helping field, and transforming this back into agency and power on the part of the therapist (mirroring the process we offer to clients; see her podcast Therapist Expanded to learn more).
